Animal Welfare
Our animal welfare programme aims to safeguard and improve the well-being of animals in Brij, encompassing both wildlife and domestic species, and to preserve their natural habitats.
Activities:
- Feeding and Shelter for Animals: We manage feeding stations and provide shelters for animals such as peacocks, monkeys, and other wildlife. This includes ensuring that animals have access to clean water, nutritious food, and safe resting areas.
- Habitat Preservation: We undertake efforts to clean and maintain natural habitats like ponds, trees, and creepers. These conservation activities help sustain the ecological balance and support the health of wildlife in their natural surroundings.
- Health and Veterinary Care: Collaboration with veterinarians allows us to provide medical care and treatment for injured or sick animals. This includes administering vaccinations, performing surgeries, and offering emergency medical services when required.
Impact: Our programme plays a crucial role in maintaining the health and safety of animals in Brij, preserving their habitats, and promoting biodiversity through targeted conservation and care efforts.
